Our bathroom is pretty tiny, and our sink is really... old. Mark has pretty much decided that we should just bathe her in our kitchen sink (until we move to new housing and get a pretty, big bathroom). But I found this awesome little invention. Watch the video -- it will make you want to bathe a baby real bad.
Is that not the neatest little invention or what!? Of course it would fit perfectly in our kitchen sink! Plus, that little blonde-haired baby in the beginning of the video reminds me of Mark. What a cute little thing!
I just had to share my most recent awesome find with you guys. Baby items are SO much fun! You can visit their website HERE. Just so, so insanely cute.
seriously cool! what a smart idea for a baby bath tub. it looks super easy and comfy for them and that's the important thing. i love this post. thanks!
ReplyDeleteI saw that on Ellen! :) Very cool!
ReplyDeleteOOOHH! I want one!!
ReplyDeleteI've seen that before, too. For some reason I want to say it was on babysteals? Anyway! We didn't get a bathtub of any type for Eyan. We just sponge-bathed him in our laps until his umbilical cord fell off, and then we had this yellow sponge..pad?...that we use in our bathtub now. Baby bath tubs were too expensive for us to want to buy when he won't outgrow the big tub! Anyway, I couldn't find a picture online, but it's the yellow sponge thing on the last cube on top on the bookshelf:

It was like $12? Or cheaper? Oh, who knows. :)
Oh, but we also didn't mind the thought of leaning over the tub on the floor to give him a bath. It takes us like 5 minutes to bathe him. :) But I definitely see how this tub is convenient.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's such a good idea! I'm so getting one of those when it's baby time for us!
ReplyDeleteLol. you heard about it when you were at my house scrapbooking a few weeks ago. Laurie and I were talking about them having been on the Ellen show. I have gotten to see/play with one first hand and our Valentine will own one. It is unreal how easy it is to use and assemble. Much better than a bulky tub or the mop bucket idea, IMO.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of this tub, but just another one that I LOVE and just had to tell you about...the Tummy Tub. It's supposed to be the greatest and most natural way to bathe babies. I just saw them lately or I would have had one...www.tummytubusa.com Let me know what you think! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is pretty darn cool and I'm not even pregnant!
