After a fun-filled, exhausting, exciting, and joyful day celebrating five years of Clayton (coincidentally [or is it?] the best five years of my life!) I captured tons of beautiful photographs. Pictures of my family, friends, presents, cake, and babies filled my memory card. I was so excited to share our day with you!
And then I left my camera at my sister's house.
How stinky!! I won't go into too much detail about the big birthday bash -- I'll save that for tomorrow -- but I will say that it went smashingly! It could not have gone any better; C even exclaimed, "I've never had a party like this before!" My DBR* friends (now IRL*) friends came to the party, as well, so it was so exciting!
I even did a mini-photoshoot of my almost-turned 5-year old (his actual birthday is on December 20th)!! Tomorrow will be an exciting blog post!
To tie your little hearts over, I guess I'll share some more Hudsie photos. C is much easier to photograph, because he doesn't mind sitting still. Except C doesn't always like photoshoots. Sometimes he's all for it, and sometimes he runs like a banshee away from my Canon! But H can't really run (too fast) away from me. And if he does, I can always pick him up and keep shooting.
So I present to you:

I'm so glad I moved from DBR status to IRL status. =) Teeny and I LOVE LOVE LOVE our presents!!!!!!!!! As soon as I opened mine, Alyssa said "It would be red! It matches everything you own!" =) Perfection. You're so great, as always. I'm so glad we got to go! I can't wait for tomorrow's post! I'll be sure to take a break from studying for my finals to check it out! =)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to tomorrow's post. :)
